Innovative Web Designs Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") values and honors the intellectual property rights owned by others, and we expect our users to adhere to these standards as well. In alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will take prompt action to address claims of copyright infringement that occur through our services, provided such claims are directed to our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the notice sample below.

If you are a copyright proprietor, or are authorized to represent one, or have the rights to act under any specific copyright provision, please notify us of any alleged copyright infringements occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as specified below, we will take whatever actions we see fit, at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the contested content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you assert has been infringed, or - if this Notice covers several copyrighted works - you may supply a representative list of the works in question.
• 2. Specify the material or links that you contend are infringing (or related to infringing activities) and need access disabled, including at minimum, the URL of the link displayed on the Site or the precise location where that material can be located.
• 3. Provide your affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and, if available, your email address.
• 4. Incorporate both of the following assertions in the body of the Notice:
• * "I declare that I have a genuine belief that the contested use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law (for example, under fair use)."
• * "I attest that the information included in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or hold an exclusive right under the copyright that is purportedly infringed."
• 5. Provide your full legal name along with your signature, either electronic or physical.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal liability.

If you believe that your content which has been removed (or denied access) is not infringing, or that you possess authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or whose access was disabled and the location where the content appeared prior to removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement affirming that you will accept service of process from the individual who issued the infringement notification.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, informing them that we may restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated, or access to it could be restored in a timeframe of 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our sole discretion.

Following the DMCA and applicable laws, we have established a policy to terminate accounts, at our sole discretion, of users identified as repeat infringers. Moreover, we may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there's a history of repeated infringement.
